 Jennifer Flowers, MBA has dedicated her career to the accreditation arena. Her 15+ years of accreditation experience includes serving as Director of Volunteer Services and Accreditation Commission at the Council on Accreditation (COA). . Her diverse expertise includes strategic plan design, Board development, creation of policies and procedures necessary to comply with accreditation and licensing standards, and the formation of effective volunteer management programs.Professionally, Jennifer has held key management positions in both for-profit and non-profit organizations prior to founding Accreditation Guru, Inc. in 2009. She earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkley and holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Young Professionals - Talking Tiki

The Young Professionals of Southern Westchester are at it again. Their poolside networking event was a success on  June 14th at the rooftop of the New Rochelle Residence Inn and now they are back for part deux. The pool was cool, but the beach is better.  For their cogitation conversation YPSW are taking their Southern Professionals to the Hudson Park Beach Tiki Bar. Having recently received a full restoration after the damage done by hurricane Irene, the Tiki Bar is Mi- Tai (Type) of scene. 

 On Thursday August 9th from 6:30-8, The YPSW will bring together a group of Westchester's most dynamic young professionals for an evening of networking and libations. The New Rochelle Chamber of Congress inaugurated this new sub-chapter in May 2012 and they continue to grow and attract some of Westchester's enterprising professionals. Young Professionals Networking - Rooftop (ad)Vantage Point


The Young Professionals of Southern Westchester; in partnership with The New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, is hosting a poolside networking event that all  young professionals should attend: at the Residence Inn by Marriott on June 14th. The core of YPSW's message is mentoring. By providing an unbiased environment where young professionals have access to industry leaders, they can test their interview skills, refine career objectives and align themselves with like-minded young professionals in the area.

 The guest speaker for the evening is esteemed author and business professional Ron Volper.  Ron has provided his expertize to countless television stations including Bloomberg Television, FOX, CNBC, MSNBC as well as various radio programs. He is also a fixture on Butler on Business in Atlanta.
